Ordering Information

Our products are available for purchase 24 hours a day through our online store, via telephone at 307-455-2959 Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MST, or from one of our retailers.

Most of our items are created upon receipt of an order and available for shipment within 2 days after the order is processed. If an item is backordered or delayed, you will be contacted via email or telephone as soon as possible with an estimated ship date.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. You will receive a second email confirmation upon shipment of your order along with a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account or by contacting us via email or telephone at 307-455-2959 during hours of operation.

Custom Orders

Jilly Jiraffe Jewelry welcomes and encourages custom orders. Design intricacy and availability of gemstones and beads will determine production time and cost of your special order. Please contact us to discuss specific details concerning your one-of-a-kind piece! All sales are final for custom orders.

We accept American Express, VISA, and Mastercard credit card payments.

Coupons and Gift Certificates

To redeem a coupon or gift certificate, enter the appopriate code into the prompt box during the checkout process. This will apply the necessary credits and discounts to the total amount due. If there is a remaining balance due for the order, it can be paid via the credit card option.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. All retail orders that ship within Wyoming are subject to a 4% sales tax.
