Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any custom orders. Items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
To return or exchange an item, please send an email or call us at 307-455-2959 to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RMA number.

Please make sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure the delivery is accepted. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount. Jilly Jiraffe Enterprises is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within three to five business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping and handling costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
Repairs Policy
We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.
We offer repairs due to normal user wear and production fault. We offer size alterations for bracelets and necklaces for a $15.00 fee plus shipping charges. We also will replace lost earring mates for half of the cost of the original earrings plus shipping. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for one year from the date of purchase on our online store. After one year, repairs may incur a charge.
We will do our best to accomodate your repair request, but due to the nature of our products, some components may no longer be available for repair on older items.
Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us by email, or call us Mon. – Fri. at 307-455-2959 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm MST to receive a return authorization (RMA) number. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RMA number.
