Shipping and Handling

Orders for in-stock items will ship via USPS First Class Mail within two business days. However, due to the hand-fabricated nature of our products, some may require additional production time. If this is the case, you will be notified via email with the expected ship date.

Our shipping and handling costs for the contiguous United States are listed below. All items will ship via USPS First Class Mail with an expected delivery time between 2-5 days depending on your location. If you would like your package expedited, USPS Express Mail is also available with an additional charge of $10.00 added to the costs below. Expected delivery time for Express Mail is 1-2 days. All costs include insurance based on a 1 lb. package insured for an average product cost value. Pricing may vary based on the weight and insured value of the package, especially for orders of multiple items. Pricing is subject to change.

For shipments outside the continental United States, please email or call us at 307-455-2959 for estimated shipping costs. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.

Shipping and delivery times may be delayed during holiday seasons, so please add at least one day to the shipping time frames provided.

All items are placed in an anti-tarnish ziploc bag and wrapped in a lovely Jilly Jiraffe Jewelry box along with a gold ribbon and a card describing proper care for your jewelry piece.
